APRIL & MAY TRAINING EVENTS

APRIL PADI EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONDER

Emergency First Response training focuses on building confidence in lay rescuers and increasing their willingness to respond when faced with a medical emergency. Course participants learn simple to follow steps for emergency care and practice applying skills in a nonstressful learning environment. All courses are supported by self-study manuals, videos and quick reference cards to enhance learning and allow you start learning right away. EFR courses meet the CPR and first aid training requirements for the PADI Rescue Diver course and all professional-level ratings. Most PADI Instructors are also Emergency First Response Instructors.

MAY OPEN WATER REFERRAL CLASS

 

The PADI Open Water Diver Course is your ticket to the underwater world. You will learn the skills neccessary to explore the underwater world. The course includes knowledge development (class work), confined water development (pool work).Students taking the referal option can complete the open water dives at any PADI dive center worldwide.

GETTING STARTED

1. Download and review the PADI/RSTC medical form.

2. Signup for eLearning on line.

3. Call the shop to reserve your class seat and get any questions cleared up.

PADI eLearning $185

Class and Pool Sessions $300

Students must provide their own mask, snorkel, and fins for this class.

Student purchases receive a 10% discount.

 

 




HEADING INTO THE BACK COUNTRY ?

WE FILL MOST BRANDS OF AVALANCHE CYLINDERS.

Please bring them in at approximately room temperature. If it has been out in the cold all night, we will have to let it warm up before filling them.

Also make sure the firing mechanism has been reset if the unit has been deployed.
